Great read :) Specially points 3 & 5. I can tell you from personal experience if you’re direct & have purpose you can get the work done quickly & with minimum fuzz. Anyways we just launched a new Project Management tool Teamlens.io. It has helped us a lot in streamlining our team & project reporting. Would love to know your feedback on it :)
