Looking forward to new problems

ReportGarden is my second attempt at a startup. As I look at the problems I am facing today, I realize that I am new to them. I never faced these problems before. I have heard about them and I knew that I will be facing them eventually. My perspective on problems has changed from working on a startup. I look at problems as something to aspire to, I look forward to new problems.

When I am facing new problems, I look at it as progress. It is progress because I got far enough in the startup journey to face them. It also means that I am in a new frontier and it comes with new challenges. If there is one thing I have learnt that keeps me going is that “Time solves most things”. You survive long enough you will be able to solve most of your challenges.

I have gained enough confidence in my team’s abilities that I know we will be able to solve any problem that comes our way. We only need time, we just need to survive long enough to come up with a solution. I realize that other startups have faced the same challenges at some point in their life. It gives me confidence to address these challenges and move to the next set.
