I absolutely love this article. I happened to find it after reading an e-newsletter from a certain content marketing agency. It’s so stale. 99% of the time content is so clearly created to fill a quota and often these brands have no idea what challenges consumers face, what makes them tick and what will entertain or help them. Communities are certainly the way forward and your points on “there’s no right way to engage an audience” were spot on.
