[SOCIAL MEDIA]: How Free People Utilizes Instagram to Build a Community

I love to see companies using their actual clientele as their models. I shop from a boutique that only has a Twitter account and you can access their website from their bio. They always are tweeting out to send in pictures of your purchase and customer pictures that they can tweet out and I love to see the responses they get from that. The only downfall is that it takes the store a good chunk of time to actually get your purchase. Usually around a month or so but when you open up your package they always have a little note from the owners saying they appreciate the wait because it’s a small boutique ran solely by two girls and they do their best to get everything out as quick as they can and that they appreciate the support to their shop. They also include a 10% off access code for the next time you want to purchase.
