reflection

there are six things i wish i knew before i entered high school.

1. ) the mixture of fear and excitement you feel in your gut at the start of your freshman year returns in full force as your senior year begins. but it’ll all be okay.
2. ) the two strangers you meet the first week of school will become your lifeline, your friends, and the best people you’ll ever find throughout the next four years. don’t lose them.
3. ) people will tell you not to procrastinate. instead you will procrastinate on following their advice.
4. ) your jocular attitude will reward you with laughs, tears, as well as friendship. never let go of your funny side.
5. ) chosing to do as well as staying in ib will be the best decision of your life. you will never have another experience like this one.
6. ) you’ll hear this 100000 times throughout the next four years but i’ll say it again because it is the realest thing you’ll ever hear. senior year will be here before you know it, even if you like it or not.
