MY FIRST TWO WEEKS AT AMAL
This is my own experience at amal academy , at the first when I got selected I was very surprised but I was confused that what to do ,should I attend the classes or should I leave the fellowship there were too confusions in my mind , i.e how to manage time ? How to become active in the class? How to work as a team? at the start of the fellowship I was too shy and were having lac of confident. I even don’t know how to write professional resume and cover letter; even I don’t know the presentation skill.
At the start of the amal fellow ship our facilitator’s encourage us allot, they welcome us so warmly, and teach us in a friendly way so from that day I become a little bit confident and active,….
In my first session our first creative activity was to draw a dog from triangles, circles, and rectangle… this activity was to Break the Ice … we were shifted to the break out room to make a dog …..
it was our first time to talk with our fellows and work as a team, from that day I know how to become creative …..
And on that day our team was the winner… I was so happy by attending that session because I learn allot from that session at the end of the session we take a group picture it was our fun time ….
The session starts at 9:30 and ended at 12 but I learn and enjoy allot in that session,,,
When the first session ended I was very curious about the second session …. I learn allot in these two weeks we draw a life map … I learn from my fellow how to become success my looking at there life maps I really enjoy making my life map …..
Most of my fellow use creative ideas and make his / her life maps …. In life map I mentions my ups and downs of my life …. It was a learning activity in a funny way …..
My first two weeks was a little bit confusing … because I was un aware how to manage all these but know I am a best student having all those which were, I,e team worker, confident, time management ,,,,,,
I am very thanks full to my facilitator’s team because they support me and teach me in a friendly way and make me a best person, by polishing and developing my skills .
