There are many ways by this we can adopt this habit. For example, if person A is in grief situation, person B came and brings a smile on your face say thank you to that person. If you are doing your project work but at one point you got blank, and need some help, your fellow present the ideas that is helpful in your project then say thank you. Your habit of gratitude gives the pleasure to you, and other person. It gives the positivity towards life.It does not make the person proud and it gives you the inner satisfaction.

Everyone should start practicing the gratitude in their daily life. In this week I have practiced habit of gratitude. There are many people exist my life whom i wanted to say special thanks.I made the list of those persons who lift me up. Then I wrote a letter for them and delivered them. Its a very effective experience for me. This act gives me a inner satisfaction and feel happy by doing this. This presence week, I sent gratitude letter to three person. This act gives me a great comfort and inner gratification. They also feel happy when they received this letter. I sent latter to my first mentor, Mr & mr amanat, they both bring the change in my personality, they lift me up, I was nonserious girl. But mr and mrs amanat actually developed the habit of working hard in me. Mr Amanat especially have pay attention on my handwriting. They were my first mentors who pushed me forward

Second, i sent latter to my cousin, i belong to very conservative family, and girls got married after graduation but he changed the mind of whole family towards education. He motivated me and if i was in truble he helped and dragged me out. 3rd I sent letter to bhaiya, He gave the lollipop moment in my life. He grommed my personality and he taught me how to survive in society. He gave appreciation and feel me proud.

In daily life I practice the habit of gratitude. Four days ago, I was standing outside the office for taking my registration card. Its inside the office. Somehow, my mentor was busy outside the office. The gatekeeper came to me and asked about the reason of standing here. I told the story. He came to mentor and took the office key and bought registration card. I smiled and thanks to this man. Its gives me happiness that someone help me and when I say thanks, I saw the smile on his face it seems, by doing this he felt inner gratification. So always appraise to whom done something for you, because your adoration empower the person to do it again.

You can practice the gratitude on daily basises. At night, just think about blessing and count the blessing. Identify the people who helped you that day give the thank not to that person. The act of gratitude reduce your frustration. By this habit you feel satisfied on the things that you have instead of thinking those material that you haven’t. When you thought about those things which you don’t have, you’ve depressed and frustrated. depression badly effect on your health.

Gratitude brings us a happiness, so feel happy by doing this little act
