When you are building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) a lot of focus is on the tech build or product build. However, for any product to be successful in the market, the business model must be equally ready in parallel. While templates like the Lean Canvas and Business Model Canvas are great for initial stages of achieving Problem-Solution fit, this checklist is useful when you are getting closer to product launch and trying to accomplish a Product-Market fit.

The MVP checklist template (editable) helps you plan out all the different aspects of the business model by making you think through each unique consideration area. Once these have been identified, you can assign your confidence level to each and build on it accordingly. Before launching your product make sure you have all the obvious ones covered. The template can help identify all areas where your confidence level is low to medium and enable you to plan out the next steps of risk management.
