Big news from the ASKfm team today: ASKfm has joined the Noosphere family and is now part of a large roster of early stage companies with products in areas like social games and discovery. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Noosphere’s emphasis on investing in companies with fast growth potential, combined with its worldwide presence, make it the right operator for ASKfm on the next phase of our journey.

The last few years have seen significant evolution at ASKfm. As part of IAC, ASKfm has honed its social Q&A platform and developed much needed safety operations and infrastructure that improved user trust while fostering a positive and engaging experience for our 150 million global members. By making sweeping changes across product, technology, policies and moderation (including the creation of our world-class Safety Advisory Board), ASKfm is in a position of strength when it comes to combining user safety with strong engagement for a global community. The bulk of the 18 billion questions asked by our 150 million members over the past year were answered within a minute.
