Do better work with people you know.
AskFora is an app that lets you create your own personal talent marketplace.
Find help to get work done.
AskFora finds people you know for connections, introductions, and work you need done.
Whether promoting your skills, finding a domain expert to help with research, or hiring a specialist for a short term job, you can skip the online directories and overwhelming freelance marketplaces. AskFora helps you describe what you need, finds qualified people from your network, protects you with a standard agreement, tracks work, and processes payment, all from one easy to use app.
Click to hire from your network.
AskFora handles the parts of finding help that are unwieldy and inefficient.
AskFora searches for public information about people in your network to intelligently find qualified candidates among your first degree, second degree, and group connections. You can find people by skills, employment, and occupation, ask for and make introductions, and hire and get hired by people in your network. AskFora even makes it easier to remember people you meet by showing when you last connected, who you know in common, and letting you keep private notes linked to people.
Safety and security you can trust.
AskFora makes freelancing easy and safe with a click-through work-for-hire agreement that protects both parties.
AskFora takes a deposit and fee from the client so freelancers can be confident that they'll be paid on time. Clients and freelancers track progress directly through AskFora and clients control the payout when the job is done. With AskFora, a client can find a freelancer, get their job done, and pay them, all in the same day.
About AskFora
Omer founded AskFora in February of 2018 after realizing that there was something broken in the work-for-hire economy.
Despite plenty of marketplaces to look for talent, it's gotten harder to find expertise and quality help for short term jobs. There's still too much overhead and inconsistency to rely on third party marketplaces. When you work with people you know, you find specialists who aren't looking for work on marketplaces. Sometimes the best person to help is available to help but isn't looking for work. The best talent also wants to work with people they know.
