INFJs are known as the “psychic” personality type, but there is a dark side to them that often goes unnoticed.

Hey everyone, welcome to our channel. As INFJs, we’re known as the “psychic” personality type because of our intuitive nature and our ability to read people’s emotions. But there is a dark side to us that often goes unnoticed. In this video, I’m going to talk about the three biggest problems that INFJs face and how we can overcome them.

1. INFJs can be perfectionists, which can lead to them being hard on themselves and others

INFJs are known for their perfectionism. They want everything to be just right, and they’re often hard on themselves when things don’t go as planned. This perfectionism can also lead INFJs to be critical of others, even if they don’t intend to be. However, while they may be demanding, INFJs are also fiercely loyal to the people they care about. They’re always ready to lend a listening ear or a helping hand, and they’ll go above and beyond to make sure that their loved ones are happy and safe. So even though they may not always see eye-to-eye, the people who are closest to INFJs know that they can always count on them.

2. They can be highly sensitive to criticism and rejection

Being highly sensitive to criticism and rejection can make it difficult to put yourself out there. It can be tempting to stay in your comfort zone where you know you won’t be rejected, but this can lead to a feeling of stagnation. It’s important to push yourself out of your comfort zone occasionally in order to grow and progress. However, if you’re constantly being bombarded with criticism or rejection, it can be tough to muster up the courage to take risks. In these cases, it’s important to find a balance between pushing yourself and taking care of yourself. Find someone who will give you honest feedback that isn’t too harsh, and focus on building up your self-confidence so that you can handle criticism and rejection in stride.

3. INFJs often have a rich inner life and can feel like they don’t quite fit into the outside world

INFJs are often described as complex and enigmatic people. They tend to be highly intuitive and can often pick up on the emotions and motivations of those around them with ease. INFJs also have a rich inner life and can often be found lost in thought. They may feel like they don’t quite fit into the outside world and can often be misunderstood by others. However, INFJs are also warm and compassionate people who care deeply about others. They may be quiet and introspective, but they are also some of the most caring and loyal friends you could hope for. So if you’re ever feeling lost or alone, remember that there’s an INFJ out there who cares deeply about you and is always ready to lend a listening ear.

4. They may struggle with making decisions and preferring to keep their options open

For some people, making decisions can be a difficult task. They may struggle with choosing between two or more options, and they may prefer to keep their options open rather than make a definitive choice. This can be a problem in both personal and professional settings. In personal relationships, for example, someone who has difficulty making decisions may have trouble committing to a partner or choosing what to do on a date. In the workplace, this may manifest as an inability to commit to a project or make decisions about direction. While there are some potential benefits to this approach — such as being able to adapt to change — it can also lead to indecision and paralysis. For someone who struggles with making decisions, it may be helpful to consult with a trusted friend or advisor, break the decision down into smaller steps, or give themselves a deadline by which they need to choose.

5. INFJs are often good at seeing the big picture and may have trouble focusing on day-to-day tasks

INFJs are known for their ability to see the bigger picture. They are often able to see how things will play out in the future and can understand complex concepts quickly. However, this global perspective can sometimes make it difficult for INFJs to focus on the here and now. Day-to-day tasks can seem mundane and unimportant when compared to the grand scheme of things. This can lead to frustration and impatience, especially when INFJs feel like they are stuck in a rut. However, if they can learn to appreciate the value of everyday tasks, INFJs can find satisfaction in the smallest of things. After all, it is often the little things that make up the big picture.

6. They may experience a lot of inner turmoil and find it difficult to express their feelings outwardly

Many people assume that introverts are shy and don’t like social interaction. However, introverts are simply people who need time alone to recharge after being around others. They may experience a lot of inner turmoil and find it difficult to express their feelings outwardly. This can often lead to misunderstandings and conflict. For example, an introverted person may avoid a party because they’re not interested in small talk. However, their friends may interpret this as a sign that they don’t care about them. In reality, the introvert just needs some time alone to reset. It’s important to remember that Introversion is not a disorder, it’s simply a personality trait. So next time you see an introvert withdrawing from a social situation, try to understand where they’re coming from.

7. INFJs sometimes withdraw from people and become isolated without realizing it

INFJs are introverted, so it’s not surprising that they sometimes need time to themselves. However, what is surprising is how easily they can withdraw from people and become isolated without realizing it. It’s not that they don’t enjoy being around others, but rather that they become overloaded by too much stimulation. Too much noise, too many demands, and too much socializing can exhaust an INFJ and cause them to retreat into their own inner world. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as it can give them the chance to recharge and refocus. However, if an INFJ does not make a deliberate effort to reconnect with the outside world, they may find themselves feeling cut off and alone.

8. They have a strong sense of intuition which they rely on heavily

Intuition is hard to define, but we all know what it feels like. It’s that feeling you get when you just know something, even though you can’t explain how or why. For some people, intuition is a strong and reliable guide. They have a strong sense of intuition which they rely on heavily. They trust their gut instinct and often follow their heart rather than their head. This doesn’t mean that they don’t use logic and reason, but they may give more weight to their intuition than to rational arguments. People who rely heavily on intuition might say that it’s more important to go with your gut feeling than to overthink things. This can lead to quick decisions which may or may not be the right ones, but it does allow for spontaneity and intuition. Intuition is a powerful force, and for some people it is the most important guide in life.

9. They are often able to see things from multiple perspectives and understand different points of view

INFJs have a strong sense of empathy, which allows them to see things from multiple perspectives and understand different points of view. This can be a valuable skill in various situations, such as teamwork or conflict resolution. However, it can also lead to indecisiveness as the INFJ struggles to balance their own beliefs with those of others. It’s important for INFJs to remember that it’s okay to make decisions based on their own values and opinions, instead of constantly trying to please everyone else. Finding a balance between empathy and self-advocacy is key for INFJs.
