I am not a feminist, and yet your post gave me a warm and cozy feeling. That maybe because the only feminist proposals I find consistent and applicable are those that involve the mass extinction of men. Like Valerie Solanas, I believe that this is possible, necessary, and even likely to happen, in the future. I actually look forward to my extinction as a gender.

Seriously, I’m not kidding.

That said, I must add one thing that I identify, not so much as a flaw in your argument, but as an unforeseen (yet crucially important) entailment: when it comes to the education of children, too much confidence usually brings stupidity, it’s a package deal. Less confident white men will become less idiotic; more confident women will see their prudence diminished, and their smarts.

Of course, maybe we can find some middle ground in this process of confidence balancing. I am not overly *cough* confident about this, though.
