I believe that to build a good user experience cognitive chatbot, we need to have these features in it: 1- Welcome the user with friendly message and mention his/her name 2- Listen to the user 3- Interact with the user emotionally and talk positivly with him/her 4- Guide the user as possible 5- If the chatbot failed to catch the user request, gives the user an opportunity to explain more or attach a photo or sound describe their pain
