Happiness …. key to success …. key of life

I heard a sentence once:

“I found happiness walking on the roads, living in a house made of sticks, in the costume of a beggar. I also found sorrowfulness and discomforts living in the highest houses with golden rings and silk beds”.

When I first sounded this sentence I didn’t know the meanings, but now I am able to understand the deep thought inside it.

He was a very shy student, you can say hesitated. His father was posted in the Capital and he, along with his family traveled to the new city leaving behind his old hometown, friends, school, almost everything along with his willingness to be passionate and he was admitted in a new international school.

New school, new environment and strange folks made him hesitate. He motivated himself and at the last of the year, he was himself shocked that he stood first not only in the class but also in extra curricular activities in which he competed college level students, and the boy is now writing this blog.

I have gone through the lecture of Shaun Achor and found following points which are to be followed for a happy life.

Meditation:

Meditation could be referred as “Zikr”. Its a spiritual thing. Meditation helps spiritually as well as it inserts a firm belief and unconsciously one is motivated to the work.

Acts of Kindness:

Allah Subhana hu wa Taala said:

“وَاَحْسِنُوْا، اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِیْن”

“AND DO GOOD; INDEED, ALLAH LOVES THE DOERS OF GOOD”

(Al Baqarah: 195)

Kindness always makes a good and beneficial space between the doer and one for which it is being done.

It is also stated by Holy Prophet (S.A.W) in Sahih Buukhari.

So one could find success or I say key to success by abiding by these simple techniques.

Iqbal also said in his own way as:

اخوت اس کو کہتے ہیں، چبھے کانٹا جو کابل میں

تو دلّی کا ہر پیر و جواں بے تاب ہو جائے
