It has been a kind of pattern: every time I get stressed out, I write.

on my way to understand my self and love

This medium is purposely made to fill in my time, while I am waiting for someone that, ridiculously, no one knows who he is. I don’t want to wait and do nothing. I want to write. So that, when I meet him, I know what to tell him instead of asking “where the hell have you been?”.

Do you know an old play named “Waiting for Godot’’? This play tells us about the story of two persons, Vladimir and Estragon, who wait someone called Godot (spoiler: he has never arrived!). While waiting, this two persons are involved in some kind of discussions, ranging from ridiculous conversation to the topic that ignites your idea about the world. You may say that this medium is inspired by this play, I want to transfer this wild thought into words sequence and transform the strange concept of waiting by discussing everything — but I really hope that ‘Godot’ can make his time, for this occasion only.

‘Waiting for Godot’ is a tragicomedy. Well, I do find similarity of this genre with my life in general. My life, recently, is a compilation of funny stories. I am encountering what people say as quarter-life crisis. I’ve never been this frustrated and clue-less. I don’t really know what to do for what purpose. But, I cannot say that I am not enjoying this. During my exploration of being grown up, I discover 10 life hacks:

  1. I’ve never thought that imperfect life is okay.
  2. Trial and error are the fastest way to understand something.
  3. Sleep is everything.
  4. There is no such romantic relationship.
  5. Everyone is opportunistic in their own way.
  6. Don’t try to impress people
  7. Stop being pretentious, and you get what you deserve.
  8. You are lucky if you are 25 and still have best friends
  9. Plan less, action more
  10. Being broken heart teaches you more that any movie or love song does.

So here I am. I don’t know which stairs I am ascending now, but I believe this lead to something good. Now, I just need to walk little faster. to meet ‘Godot’.
