As to why I have written what I have written, well, typically the Indian context is VERY different from the western context. We may be the land of kamasutra, however, we still have basic communication breakdowns.
We do not have access to dungeons or play parties frequently, so playing with strangers in a safe way is often not an option.
While apprehension is great for seasoned players, most of the pieces that I write are intended for a very naive and new audience and to them I prefer saying ‘Better safe than sorry’. It’s not coming from judgement or repression.
Hope this gives you an insight into why I have advocate safety so strongly.
