Remote Work Doesn’t Scale … or Does It?
Adam Schwartz

For the first time 4 month ago I accepted a job that was full-time remote. I was a bit nervous about what the experience would be like and how I would handle it. 4 months later I have to say that overall I’m very happy. There are times where you need to be more proactive about communication. But overall everyone is very productive and it’s such a better lifestyle then commuting everyday.

As a small growing company it’s a huge advantage to be able to hire anyone in the country. It definitely allows for much better growth then being stuck in one market. Thus, it has allows us to bring together a great team of developers. I’m definitely all for remote work and more companies need to consider this model.
