How to make Semolina Pudding with easy steps?

Semolina, a type of coarse flour is used to make various recipes. Among those, Semolina Pudding is most common and high in nutrients.

It can be served as a breakfast like oatmeal or as a dessert. It’s easy to make and delicious for taste buds. The main ingredients of pudding are Milk and Semolina itself. However, we can also add some other items.

Let me share the ingredients mainly used for pudding to make:

1. Milk

2. Semolina

3. Dry fruits

4. Sugar(as per your taste)

Firstly, bring milk (as per your serving) to boiling point. Soak semolina in water for about 5 minutes. After milk gets boiled, add dry fruits and sugar in it. Stir well with a ladle. Drain water from semolina and gradually add in to milk. Stir continuously until the consistency of pudding gets thickened; serve hot or cold as per your taste.

You can also add condensed milk to pudding while preparing in order to make it more toothsome. It’s up to your choice. Give it a try!
