It’s On You

It’s funny—Hillary Clinton can say Donald Trump is too dangerous to have “his finger on the button” or to be in control of our nuclear weapons and everyone shrugs it off as a metaphor not to be taken literally since, y’know, no one person inside our government or military has unilateral control over anything.

But Trump says Barack Obama/Clinton founded ISIS and there’s no other way to take it but literally.

Trump is a deceitful, greedy, reckless narcissist, but what people ignore is that he is acknowledged as one by the vast majority of voters, media and politicians. Meanwhile, Clinton is all of those things, but because she’s smarter about it and has a well-oiled political machine running damage control for her—including major media outlets like MSNBC, CNN and The New York Times—she’s presented as qualified to re-establish the middle class as the political class’s priority rather than deep-pocketed special interests.

If you vote for Hillary Clinton, you’re voting for the status quo—the one that makes lobbyists and their corporate leash-holders the priority, the one that promises a widening of the income-inequality gap that disproportionately harms the black and hispanic communities, the one the feeds Wall Street profits with unnecessary foreign interventionism and unbalanced free-trade policy, the one that requires little transparency and less accountability from our politicians.

If you want to vote for the lesser of two evils, that is Donald Trump because—for all his awful rhetoric and bat-shit crazy proposals—he is seen objectively by the people who can prevent him from harming our country (i.e. the media and political class).

Me? I’m voting for Gary Johnson and Bill Weld.
