I definitely agree! Power unfortunately takes over and you sometimes lose sight of who you are or how you got there. You lose appreciation for the people assisting in growing your business. But, even for a CEO, remorse inevitably follows and hard lessons are still learned even at that stage in life. Let’s hope these stick and it is seen as personal growth for this CEO’s current and future employees.
