The extra mile is just an extra stepThe number of times I’ve thought of something, not done it, and beat myself up after is outrageous. Last week I sent my brother an old iPod. Looking around the house for something to pack it in I thought, “This thing will get trashed in an envelope. I should find a box.” Naturally, I decided to bubble wrap it in a pre-stamped envelope instead (just for the stamp) and ship it off.
