Practicing Happiness to boost your success

A few years ago, when the some negative thoughts about my friend came to my mind.I thought that he was not helping in my project and he always gave reason that I could not solve your problem.. I did not believe to his excuses, then I came to know from another friend the actual reason of his behavior. Then I realized that I thought totally entire situation , this gave me the lesson that I should not judge too quickly person or situation.
Whenever negative thoughts come to my mind I say that I should consider the positive impact of this thing rather than negative.
We can Improve the positive thinking by 
Doing good deed without any interest just like random act of kindness 
Helping class fellows in study , job and guide the juniors as well etc.I also feel pleasure 
Be humble. Try to greet with peon, common man .
Try to make not complain or blame the conditions or system.
TED talk helped me to improving positive thinking , I specially like the gratitude and random act of kindness steps from this video.
Beside this I add the information from the book that “The secret” by Rhonda Byrne about the positive things .The tips from this book:
Law of attraction : If you think positively the things also happens in a positive way and if you think negatively ,things also happen in a negative way.Positive thinking attracts positive things and negative thoughts attract negative things.
Don’t talk too much without any purpose.
