Please read this if you feel like you have no way out or if you have a loved one suffering.

“Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.”
Chester Bennington of Linkin Park struggled with drugs and alcohol for years. He had said in the past he had considered committing suicide because he had been abused as a child by an older male. Today he took his own life.
Addictions are real. Mental health issues are real. Depression is real. Not talking about, minimizing or discounting is the culprit. I see this too often in my line of work and it is heartbreaking.
If you have a friend or family member going through a tough time, speak up. Ask if they are okay. Send them love. Even those with a smile on their face as you never know what their struggles really are. Even if you think their issues are temporary. You never know.
If you can’t help, reach out to their loved ones.
The risk of offending pales in comparison to the risk of saying nothing and watching tragedy play out.
Men, in particular, don’t get to talk about their pain like women do. It’s unfortunate and unfair.
If you ever find yourself in a dark place, please reach out to someone no matter what. Trust that someone will make time and no petty shit will get in the way of that. Let the Universe surprise you.
Know that your pain does not have to define you, but can refine you. There’s a way out where you can be free and happy no matter what your past looked like. It’s called ascension.
Chester could not find his way out of his 3rd dimensional life. He lived haunted by a self created prison of image and fear instead of enjoying the fruits of his genius.
Know that you can to be free to enjoy life and find or celebrate your genius. There’s a way you can be free and still live in this world, happily. You just have to find the courage to let go of everything you think is real and start building your own life on your own truths.
Consciousness is where freedom lies. It’s not about leaving the world or leaving people behind, it’s about shifting perspective so that you can be free.
I’ve been called to write more about the dimensions of consciousness of late and will do so soon.
In the meantime, know that you are very loved. Because love isn’t a privilege, it is a birthright. You are as entitled to love as you are oxygen by simple reason that you were born.
Sending you love. ❤️
