The short rib ragu was surprisingly easy to make! But yeah. It makes a TON, so unless you have people to share it with (or are cool eating for like six meals in a row), I would advise against it. :)

Changes: used buttermilk instead of milk because that’s what I had, added an entire lemon’s worth of zest, and added 2 teaspoons of lemon extract over the lemon juice because we used buttermilk and that was probably enough acid for the recipe.
