Endorsement of ATFS Project from ICO Expert, Toomas Allmere
Toomas Allmere, ATFS’s ICO advisor from Moscow shares his thoughts on ATFS Project.
As a CFO, I have dealt a lot with agricultural topics. I’m really aware that it’s a complex task to ensure a quality product that reaches consumers without any tampering or substitution. That is why I joined the Advisors team of ATFS Project.
We are going to enhance people’s quality of life all around the world by revolutionizing the current food system.
Smart farms are able to use cloud IoT technology to gather all sorts of activities and data. They use unmanned vehicles like drones and other kind of robotics. Various types of sensors customized for different types of farms are used as well as geo-positioning tech. Ultimately, the purpose of the smart farms is better efficiency and production output. We want to create an upgraded version of smart farms adding deep learning technology to the farms so that the data analysis and management of all environmental controls can be done automatically. This is the primary mission of ATFS Project’s business direction. We want to create a foundation for mass production, automation and volume sales using state-of-the-art farming technology.
In addition, the current agricultural distribution system is a collection of high-cost inefficiencies caused by too many middlemen that takes away the benefits from producers and consumers. Our disruptive decentralized platform (DDP) based on the blockchain technology sets a new standard of agricultural distribution. The DDP’s new type of food blockchain stores the product’s place of origin, producer, region and transactional movements, enabling rewards for producers with higher transparency and consumers to have traceable and verified information.
Initially the issuance of the ATFS token will finance the establishment of eco-friendly smart farms in Asia, the development of a decentralized platform as well as the research and production of “plant-based meat”. The project aims to address the world’s growing food crisis by providing relevant technological advances in agriculture, new revenue base and supply systems as well as a socially-acceptable alternative to meat consumption.
Although the ATFS project is in a very early stage of development, the team and advisors have an adequate professional experience to succeed.
