Singapore is a delectable food hub in the middle of Asia. We took advantage to see how much curry, noodles, prawns and wagyu we could fit in 9 days, with some help of course.

The Flying Squirrel, was a hidden little gem that served some of the tastiest Japanese food we’ve come across. And dare we say one of the best food vibes in Singapore.

Wah Kee Big Prawn Noodle, was the tastiest (maybe the only) prawn mee you’ll have. The line is big, and worth it.

And while you’re there, Good Spice carrot cake is one of the best things you can order to compliment your Wah Kee prawn mee while you’re there.

Rajah’s Curry, for the dark and delicious ‘Black gold’ squid ink curry. This is a must do.

Hua Bee, a local favourite for breakfast noodles (mee pok).

Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, in Lavender. Get here early because these famous pork noodles draw a massive line from 9.30am.

Red Star Dim Sum, a classic Chinese vibe with some of the best yum cha in the city.

Bincho, a hidden doorway in a carpark leads you down to this Japanese delight.

La Maison Du Whisky, is one of those places you never want to leave. Every whiskey you can think of, all within an arms reach around you. It’s like a library for your mouth.

Kok Sen, if you’re looking for one of Singapore’s tastiest big Prawn Mee, in an area also known for its bar scene.

Karus Indian, for some authentic South Indian banana leaf fare.

Jian Bo Shui Kueh, in the Tiong Bahru Market for these little white gems called chwee kueh. Get extra chilli.

The Manhattan, a dark little bar in one of the hotels that make some of the most inventive cocktails and dessert options we’ve seen.

And for the finale, you must try some Bak Kut Teh (pork rib soup) head to Founder Bak Kut Teh — delicious, and where all the famous people go to get their fix.
