I’d be curious to see what the ideal or most efficient way to operate a physical office as a counter or parallel to your position.

Your point about the lack of incentive to improve the brick & mortar office environment invites an opportunity to explore what the possibilities of how efficient it could be.

I’m currently on a plane without Wi-Fi so I can’t delve deep into your post yet, but I want to get your thoughts on physical spaces.
