Are you also tired of passive smoking?. If yes, then this article is for you.

First, let me clarify for you what is passive smoking?

Passive smoking or Second Hand Smoking means inhaling the smoke of a cigarette released by a smoker.

Under article 21, the constitution recognised the right to a safe and healthy environment. All human beings have the right to live healthy, and people also have right to smoke but it does not mean that it will violate the right of non smoker. People should be stopped from smoking in public places because it not only affects their life but it also makes passive smokers vulnerable to life damaging diseases such as lung cancer, asthma, and other chronic disease. Second Hand Smoke is more harmful than the actual smoke because it includes the smoke breathed out by smoker. People who have never smoked in their life are also victim of tobacco related diseases because of passive smoking. So the question is “What we can do to stop public smoking”?. The Government had banned smoking in public places after the landmarks cases of Murli S. Deora vs Union Of India(2001). We all have to unite against public smoking, because its our life and we have the right to live it healthy. Its their personal choice of smoking so it should be limited to their personal space only, no one should suffer from such diseases because of public smoking.

IF YOU QUIT SMOKING IT WILL NOT ONLY BENEFIT YOUR HEALTH, BUT ALSO FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

Do let me know your views on public smoking.
