Why the Adjustment?

Hard-Coded Supply Control

Ensuring Long-Term Stability and Predictability

To maintain transparency and predictability, we have hard-coded the supply control mechanism into our smart contract. New tokens can only be minted once every 6 months, with a maximum total supply increase of 5%. Even if new tokens are needed every 6 months, it would take approximately 288 months (or 24 years) to reach the max supply of 1 billion tokens. This deliberate pacing ensures that the token supply grows sustainably, preserving the value of ASET over the long term.
