I’ve seen it, although I hadn’t actually realized until reading this that it broke tree shaking. I just thought it seemed redundant to do that instead of using named exports.

No idea why the dev did it that way, maybe a legacy reason like mentioned in the article, the project is on Webpack 2 now though so I’ll definitely look at refactoring those.
