Try hard, Believe in yourself and be happy.

So today is the day that my husband Alan Ruddock hands in his thesis. Although this is not quite the end of his PHD. It is a glimpse of the finishing line!

Although I am not very good at saying nice things about him (as I don’t want him to over step the mark and it keeps him grounded! Hehe)

I just wanted to say how proud I am of him and ensure it’s acknowledged.

He has worked so hard to achieve this over the past 7 years. He has worked, got married, had two children, moved house, set up boxing science and almost completed his PHD.

He has been self motivated and determined to achieve this. Always on a mission to make sure he is on top of his game. I don’t think he can quite believe his success and I am sure it won’t feel real to him. The road to his thesis and his studying have not always been a smooth one and some times he couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. But without his dedication, support of his colleges, friends and. family, I don’t think he would have got through it all in one piece. So thank you to everyone who has helped him along the way.

Alan is an amazing father and husband (Putting up with me and my craziness) and ensuring that we are happy and safe through out his studies.

This is the end of an episode and the beginning of new things.

I am so proud of you and I have learned so much from you. How to be strong – try hard, believe in yourself and to be happy.

Soon to be DR ALAN RUDDOCKx x
