We were terribly surprised by that difference regarding the pricing. Also, we also believed, that users, just like our B2B customers, will welcome the abundance of features. I took a few weeks to realise that it was not so, but then, it was almost late: we wanted to remove certain features and restructure the app, but we were also afraid of the consequences, namely the handful of angry users who were using those features and who would have complain about the removal in the comment sections and who would have rated the app to 1*.
