I could not do these exercises in starting days but I did these excercises in the last 4 days. It really works. Basically as per my knowledge, these are youga exercises. Specially breathing excercises are good it is related to you confidence level because when you are tensed you heart start beating fast and brain get disturbed. With these exercises we relax our complete body and maintain a level of oxygene in our body that gives us more and more energy.
After doing these above two exercises I realized that these are good and works. I think that before the interview it is the most tense time we must relax ourselves before appearing the interviewer. These are really good exercises while writing this blog I got a call from my friend he is doing job in a company. He said interviews are being conducted in our firm hurry up and be there in one hour I took my amal resume and reached there. When before some time I was doing this exercise of abdominal breathing the receptionist there saw me and he was laughing out loudly. I was nervous but after this I got a lot of confidence and my interview was good. In short I have got a new secret for success.
