Change is an essential part of startup life. We started Fragmentic with a simple idea — a SaaS constructor. We were to provide ‘fragments’ to build software products. We learned, however, that our customers are more interested in establishing and fostering longterm relationship with their customers. So we decided to change to fit their needs better. We will focus more on the communication and AI side of conversational interfaces for SaaS and e-commerce. This puts us in the area of Marketing Automation, a competitive space.
