I completely understand because I suffer depression too. Having gratitude greatly helps to lift the burden of heaviness on the heart, so you keep looking for things to be grateful for, even when it’s difficult. If you can make it to the end of the day with a cloud of darkness and then wake up to see the light, praise the good Lord because He is our strength, and He is close to the brokenhearted.
Can I ask if you take Ashwagandha for anxiety, as I’ve just discovered this about a month ago and it has been amazing to help my panic attacks, which were frequent throughout the day. It’s wonderful not to wake up in a panic.
True Veda Organic Ashwaganda are £20 for 60 capsules, and they have 5 percent withanolides and 300mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha. They worked initially but their strength waned, so I moved to Time Health Organic Ashwagandha with 11 percent withanolides and 500mg Organic Sensoril Ashwagandha, which is around £28 for 120 capsules, and I take only 1 per day (recommended up to 4 spaced out throughout the day). Both are available on Amazon. God bless
