Working out is so healthy for you. I fall out of the habit constantly but finally got another gyn membership last week. Just going there, pushing myself and leaving helps the rest of my day go smoothly because I can always rely on myself to have done at least one thing right today. 99% of people can do this. I wake up at 5am, leave the gym at 6:45 to get to work at 7:30. I then work a very physical job until 6:30 with a 30 minute break before my day is over.

If anyone needs suggestions on what to do, check out bodybuilder.com. I find it helpful to avoid my workouts from getting too repetitive so I work my whole body and each muscle.
