Brandon, I like this article and love the good, practical, and ambitious advice here. I think you mean to describe what kind of PM can successfully drive an MVP, and do a good job doing so.

But I have a nit about the diagram. As far as I know, that venn diagram was first described by Alan Cooper in 2000, as documented by Hugh Dubberly in 2001. See http://www.dubberly.com/articles/alan-cooper-and-the-goal-directed-design-process.html. The intersection is not a PERSON, it’s a PRODUCT.

Hopefully the PM really does know more about the business and market, and represents it well, because they’re only person on the team tasked with that. You have other experts to help you with design and dev (hopefully).
