Every company needs someone who can engage with customers in day to day business to help them know that the company hears their feedback. In Giladiskon, we have that person-to-go whenever our community needs help or have questions about our platform.

Shela has been with the company since early 2016, and even though she is taking care of both roles as Finance and Administration Officer, since then she always makes sure to show the human side of the brand by ensuring our community is heard and the feedback is passed on to the team for further improvement.

Being the front gate of the company is not always easy. You need a lot of dedication and patience to help every tackle encountered by the customers, which is one of the biggest challenges for her to overcome during her early employment.

“It’s never easy to face every customer characteristic and provide possible solutions for them. With thoroughness and patience, I’m being able to overcome this challenge and continue to improve the service given to our community,” said Shela.

She believes that with effort and prayer, what we have done will be paid off. When we ask about what is her wish for the company and the community, Shela shared she hopes that the more people joining the membership, Giladiskon can continue to improve its service quality and user experience so the community can use the platform with no worries.

Introducing GD+

Giladiskon has a subscription-based feature called GD+, where members only pay for IDR 100,000/year to enjoy special discount vouchers as much as they like. The discount provided in GD+ are promotion program special for members only and cannot be found anywhere else. Hence, the member can combine the discount vouchers from GD+ with other promotional programs.

Aside from that, members can claim money back guarantee policy within 3 months after transfer member payment if they feel like the discounts given do not meet the value of membership fee. Those who do not satisfied with the discounts in GD+ feature can easily claim the money back guarantee policy through several communication channels provided, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and customer service email.

What’s the benefit for GD+ brand partner?

For brands who become GD+ brand partner, unlike other platform-alike, there is no commission/revenue sharing/ads/administration fee applied. Another perk of becoming GD+ brand partner is that there is no minimum discount required in order to get free organic marketing exposure to more than 1.3 million customers.

GD+ brand partner only needs to prepare a promotional program that will attract GD+ members to use the vouchers and do the transaction in their stores. Our brand partner has the freedom to decide which promotion program that will be offered, how much discount can be offered, and the T&C applied.
