
You can’t move things by not moving.
2 nights ago, this happened. After 3 years of not taking care of my health, I decided to walk for 30mins. Not jog or run, but walk. At least I moved my ass off the chair. And no, it’s not about losing weight or getting fit. It was a challenge against my procrastinating brain cells which refuses to read 30 pages a day (at least) of a task I am suppose to finish.

And what better way (excuse) to finally write on Medium. So, go!!! Fight with yourself. It’s exhilarating.
