Asking A Simple (and Right) Questions

This morning, I’ve been intrigued by this article which got me thinking on how importance this skill is for a Product Manager especially when we are thinking to built a product or a service that we want our users (including yourself, your colleagues, your own company) want to use.

I can’t agree more on this excerpt:

… asking yourself simple questions all along the way, might very well be the most powerful tool in your product development process.

My personal fix to the quote is that not only asking simple but also the right questions so you can get the right answers and feedbacks.

Believe me, it’s easier to say than done!

But I personally think that’s the art of product management, isn’t it :)
