My first tech meetup 💡🖥😎

Really had great experiences 😃 @ Inaugural Kochi Twitter Developer Community Meetup. (

Here are a few, in the order…

  • Chance to visit Kerala Startup Mission, Kerala Technology Innovation Zone (KTIZ), Kalamasseri, near Kakkanad, Cochin. Really cool place to start a startup (and its cheap). (

  • Then it came out, the meetup, and the schedule goes like…
10:00 am - Introduction
Shahul Hameed (@beingshahul) - Dev Group Lead, Kochi
Introduction to Kochi Twitter Developer community and it’s roadmap.
10.15 am - Intro to Fabric platform (Crashlytics, Digits & Answers)
Aman Alam (@amanalam) - Developer Advocate - APAC, Twitter
An overview of Twitter's Developer tools and APIs focusing on Fabric platform.

10.40 am - How we built ReFly
Melson Zacharias (@mjzacharias) - CTO, Refly
On how he & his team engineered a product from prototype and the key learnings behind.
a startup dealing with machine learning + grammar
11 am - 11. 20am - Open Mic 🙋

Open mic section was great with some random topics of our choice, like AI,…

11.20 am - Treats and drinks will be served. (Domino's pizza)

Mmm…. 😋 & [FREE]

And free goodies…

  • Then we all met each other. (That’s what I call NETWORKING 👬👥 📱↔📱)

And you won’t know how soon they’ll turn out helpful. Seriously, coz one of them dropped me 🚣 at Aluva railway station.

my friends I was talking about

Even on my journey to and fro, I had wonderful conversations with my friends. So literally, not even a sec was felt wasted throughout. (And thanks to TCR Railway station for free & fast WiFi 📲⚡)
