Thanks for writing this! Having worked in healthcare and education the ask for specific demographic-based personas is common, and it’s really frustrating. I’ve been making them where rather than having a name, I give them more of a nickname, a la persona. (Rather than “Martin” the persona is “The Dig-deep Researcher.”) The biggest backlash I’ve had with this is that there are established phenomenon that occur within certain gender divides. For example, women are known to more often than not make healthcare decisions for their families. Nice piece!
