It is undeniable that digitalization and technology are undergoing rapid development. In the future, digitalization will be a major factor in business transformation, according to the WEF Report “The Future of Jobs 2023”, estimating that more than 85% of organizations surveyed admit that the adoption of new technologies and the expansion of digital access are possible trends as drivers of transformation for their business.

SO, WILL HUMANS BE COMPLETELY REPLACED BY AI?

It should be noted that the adoption of new technologies and digitization does not intend to replace human jobs. While the WEF report “The Future of Jobs 2023” estimates that about 40% of workers’ skills will be disrupted in the next 5 years, it does not mean that human skills will be completely replaced by machines or AI.

In my opinion, on the contrary, the adoption of new technologies and digitalization aims to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation in business operations. By adopting technology, companies can automate routine tasks, speed up business processes, and improve the quality of products and services. This allows human workers to focus on tasks that require creativity, complex problem-solving, human interaction, and adaptability.

RESKILLING AND UPSKILLING FOR OUR FUTURE PROFESSIONAL WORK

Therefore, it is important for individuals to continuously develop and improve their skills. In the face of changes brought about by the adoption of technology, reskilling and upskilling become essential to ensure professionalism and competitiveness in the job market.

By reskilling and upskilling, individuals can become more attractive professionals and be ready to face the challenges presented by digitalization and technology.

So, What is your perspective on this? What is your opinion about it?
