Welcome to 2018 and a Happy New Year to all.

Later this year sees the launch of the HONOR crypto-coin, a new Initial Token Offering based on the Ethereum ERC20 protocol, which will be on sale from 15 January 2018 until 18 March 2018. (https://honor.appjubs.com)

HONOR will form the basis for payments and rewards on the JUBS platform, the first service-based recruitment community based on user nominations and work reputation.

JUBS, the company behind the HONOR Token release, is a startup company formed in Brazil in 2015, and is located in the Brazilian Innovation Technology Park, Sergipe Parque Technologico.

In 2017, JUBS was among 300 of the most innovative Brazilian startups selected by Inovativa Brazil, the largest startup accelerator in Brazil. JUBS is also a part of the Microsoft Startups Support Program and the startups community supported by FBStart (Facebook).

So what is the JUBS platform and how does the HONOR Token fit in?

Version 1.0 of the JUBS platform was released as a services marketplace application after extensive market research and product validation, and the launch of the HONOR Token is timed with a strategic transition to decentralization by the JUBS team, migrating from the competitive business model to the cooperative.

The HONOR Token has been developed with the vision of not only operating as the unit of currency within the JUBS platform, but also of building the decentralized community of service exchange between clients and professionals within Latin America (with expansion plans pencilled into the roadmap for 2020). The main objective of the endeavour is to make the JUBS Platform the primary source of revenue between young self-employed workers.

There are more than 30 million people in Brazil who provide services in their homes or in third parties homes, making up approximately 10% of the Brazilian GDP in 2016, valued at about US $ 40 billion a year.

According to the latest report of the Ibero-American Youth Organization, there are over 157 million millenials within Latin America and unemployment rates among young people is three times higher than the rate among adults.

The JUBS Platform is looking to tap into these unemployed millenials and provide a conduit to employment opportunities.

A full explanation of the process is contained in their Whitepaper (https://s3-sa-east-1.amazonaws.com/appjubs/HONOR+-+WHITEPAPER+1.2+-+EN-US.pdf).

As the JUBS team is based in Brazil, their primary focus, at least in the stort-term, is the Latin American marketplace, but the HONOR Token Roadmap lays out expansion plans from 2020 onwards that includes North America and other foreign markets.

The HONOR Token sale kicks off on 15 January 2018, with tokens valued at US$0.15 and a hard cap of US$15million. For further information, head on over to their website at https://honor.appjubs.com.
