Another point to think about, besides those horribly awkward and rude comments he made, is that his message about sales doesn’t align with Drift. He constantly went back to “pushing” the message and being relentless about it to the point of infuriating prospects. Drift stands for accommodating the customer, and modern marketing aligns better with Casey Neistat’s message — that marketing has to be engaging and authentic to work.
