once upon a time a kid was at a carnival and won a prize. the kid, so happy, googly-eyed, that he put all his effort into winning the prize, played the game, knew what darts to throw, what slots to miss, what slots to hit. he was waiting for this moment. the clerk says “i’ll be right back, let me go get what you just won, it’s the best we have to offer at our station.” he brings it out, the kid, waiting for this moment, so happy to receive the prize, the gift. the clerk stands in front of this kid, and just as he was about to hand the prize over, says “you know what, today is not the day for this, i can’t hand…
