When providing feedback to our colleagues, there are two different ways of perceiving and interpreting the work. One deals with facts, while the other is based on opinions or experiences. Having an understanding of the distinctions is both equitable and empowering. — Objective Objectivity is an unbiased and impartial perspective not influenced by personal opinions or feelings. It is often associated with scientific and empirical approaches, where data is analysed, and conclusions are drawn based on facts and evidence.
