Great post! Personally, I think there is such a thing as talent. It’s this innate knowing that no one can quite understand. Some people can play a piano without having really practiced. I just believe that hard work makes such a difference. If you have a drop of talent that’s great but it’s only a starting point. Hard work is the true equalizer. Focus, discipline, practice all of those steps make the difference.
