I think being a STEM woman is like being in the Marines: There is no such thing as a former Marine. As a STEM who’s transitioned in a different arena, I took my ability to figure tech stuff out with me. I have many of my schoolmates who are still working as Engineers or have taken our tech skills to other areas. We are versatile like that.
