Back on track

Ok, it is time to get my food back in order. The past week i have been eating more or less what i want to instead of the healthier things i should be eating and i can definitely tell now. I woke up yesterday feeling a bit dizzy and then later in the day i had a killer headache….yuck! And because of all that, i didn’t get to train 🙁.

Today is a new day and i am getting myself back on track. I’m getting more and more excited and anxious to become a personal trainer and a lot of that is walking the walk, which i can do, i just fall off the wagon from time to time. Maybe others can relate to this? I’m getting myself back on track so i can feel better, see results, and hopefully be that inspiration for somebody ☺
